This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and telecommunications, and who excel in delivering high-quality customer support in German. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their telecom inquiries while providing exceptional service.

• Manage customer inquiries regarding telecom products, services, and billing via phone, email, and chat in German
• Provide clear and accurate information about plans, coverage, and device specifications
• Assist customers with service setup, troubleshooting, and account management
• Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address service-related questions
• Stay updated on the latest telecom offerings and promotions to provide relevant information to customers

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecom sector
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is desirable
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
