SCM Technical Consultant

Akkodis is seeking a SCM Technical Consultant for a Contract with a client in Dublin, OH. The ideal candidate will support complex EDI workflows and collaborate with functional teams to design and deliver effective technical solutions.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

SCM Technical Consultant job responsibilities include:

• Develop and enhance customizations, extensions, BI Publisher reports, and integrations within Oracle EBS R12.

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, and performance‑tuned queries.

• Design, build, and support EDI inbound/outbound interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and seamless system communication.

• Work with Oracle PIM for item setup, product data management, and workflow configuration.

• Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Prepare detailed technical documentation such as design specifications, test scripts, and migration plans for deployments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on Oracle EBS R12 technical development experience.

• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and building integrations—including EDI interfaces—within Oracle EBS.

• Proven ability to work with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, supported by strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
