POSITION SUMMARY
The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Coordinator for Outreach & Evangelization by ensuring deposits and financial allocations are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The role also supports data collection and processing efforts, ensuring accurate records are maintained and assisting with monitoring and compliance requirements.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile and prepare daily Stripe and check deposits from Cvent for the Conference Office and the School of Spiritual Direction.
- Allocate purchasing card transactions regularly.
- Collect and process data in our ongoing outreach and stewardship with guests and constituents.
- Support data collection and processing.
- Greet and assist visitors to the Center for Evangelization.
REQUIREMENTS
Must understand, support, and embrace the mission of Franciscan University of Steubenville and possess the following: Technical Skills- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of general ledger.
- Experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting.
- Customer Service experience.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with computers.
- Lifting small boxes.
