Production Packer
Responsibilities
- Pack product kits into boxes with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Seal, label, and prepare boxes so they’re easy to track and ready to ship.
- Organize skids by stacking finished boxes neatly and counting accurately.
- Keep materials stocked, including bags and supplies needed for production.
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience in production or warehousing is a plus—but not required.
- Strong hand‑eye coordination and the ability to work with precision.
- Reliable counting skills, even in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and follow schedules and production instructions.
- A flexible, team‑focused attitude with solid communication skills.
