What You Need to Succeed

• Experience as a Lube Technician is a plus, but not required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly

• High school diploma or equivalent (automotive vocational training is a bonus but not required)

• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

• Satisfactory employment references and ability to pass a background check
