Role snapshot

• Own 2nd Shift paint line throughput and daily execution.
• Implement and coordinate quality control processes to meet aerospace specifications.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Enforce health and safety strategies and standard work.
• Troubleshoot production issues decisively to maintain flow.
• Apply accurate paint techniques across assigned projects.
• Operate and oversee equipment used in the paint process with safety and efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 3+ years of industrial painting experience.
• Previous supervisory experience leading operators/technicians.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Internal applicants must have 1 year of experience at Re:Build CDI in the paint department.

Shift & site

2nd Shift: 5‑day work week, 8‑hour shifts, 2:00–10:30 PM. Location: Avon, OH.
