Field Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair internet, VOIP, and other services at customer locations.
- Mount equipment in homes, barns, and other properties.
- Run cables in a neat, safe, and professional manner through attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
- Assist customers with internet and router setups to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in the field.
Requirements
- A solid background in service, labor, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
- High school diploma or GED
This position offers a 4 day, 10 hour shift schedule. The starting pay is $20 per hour, paid bi-weekly, and includes benefits after successfully completing 90 days of employment. While no prior experience is required, candidates with a strong background in labor work are preferred.
Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, background check, and have a good driving record.
