Field Service Technician – Erie, PA

Operating Company: Tektronix (a subsidiary of Ralliant) Function: Customer Support Pay Range: $26–30$/hour + bonus eligibility

Location: Embedded customer site in Erie, PA ITAR Requirement: U.S. Persons only

About the Role: Join Tektronix as a Calibration Technician, where you'll perform routine and complex calibration and repair of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment. This field-based role emphasizes customer satisfaction, precision, and adherence to ISO and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform low to medium complexity calibrations (PD, Torque & GP areas)
• Create accurate calibration data sheets and documentation
• Conduct preventative maintenance and support lab functions
• Engage in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, visual management)
• Travel as needed and work onsite at customer locations
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Windows applications
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs
  
  

Preferred

• College degree or technical certification
• Military calibration training (PMEL/TMDE)
• Experience in General Purpose, Torque and Physical Dimensional equipment

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 35,700.00 - 66,300.00
