Full-time Shop Mechanic needed by PowerClean Equipment Co. We are a family-owned, employee and customer-centered company specializing in the sales, service, and rentals of battery & LP gas-powered cleaning equipment.

We are looking for 1 good person, either an experienced mechanic or to train to service equipment, perform rental equipment clean up. pressure washing, repair and prep for the next rental, and occasionally do equipment deliveries in a pickup with a trailer or a box truck (NO CDL required). Could also entail used equipment reconditioning. Only a base mechanical knowledge is required but would also be interested in an experienced mechanic and adjusting job duties and wages. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 in our shop in Harrison/Cleves area.

Products servicing include:

• Industrial walk behind and ride on power floor sweepers, floor scrubbers
• Large hot & cold water portable and stationery pressure washers
• Commercial janitorial equipment including buffers, vacuums, carpet extractors
• Some mechanics experience is preferred. We will train the right individual in our specific product field. Backgrounds in any of the following areas are a great foundation: Rental yards, forklifts, lift trucks servicing, farm/agricultural equipment servicing, commercial and industrial equipment servicing, and automotive

Qualifications:

• Some mechanical experience in any field
• Must have your own tools
• Reasonably clean driving record to be insurable by us

Salary is competitive and commensurate with knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulics, LP systems, liquid & air-cooled engines, and tools owned.
