NOW HIRING TREE / SHRUB & LAWN CARE TECHNICIANS FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $23.00 – $25.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Are you passionate about the outdoors and enjoy working with your hands? Kapp’s Green Lawn is hiring a Field Technician to deliver top-quality Pest and tree/shrub treatments across the Columbus area . You will diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and plant health issues to keep customer properties looking their best. Our ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, outdoor role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control
• Apply Pesticide-Herbicide, tree and shrub treatments for health and pest control
• Diagnose turf and plant issues and provide effective solutions
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure properties are clean, professional, and well-maintained after each job

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus (training provided)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle to Residential Locations)
