Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in downtown Cleveland, OH. This role is ideal for someone with office, mailroom, copy center, hospitality, or retail print experience who enjoys staying active, supporting business operations, and delivering excellent service in a polished corporate environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support onsite office services for a high-performing professional services setting, including print production, mail handling, front desk support, conference room preparation, and general administrative assistance. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, making this a strong fit for candidates who prefer later shifts and want to avoid morning traffic. Key Responsibilities - Operate high-volume digital copy, print, and scanning equipment to complete document production requests accurately and on time.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, package tracking, and internal deliveries.
- Provide front desk and hospitality support, including greeting clients, answering phones, and directing visitors professionally.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings by organizing materials, checking room readiness, and supporting client-facing needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office services area while following established procedures.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced corporate office environment. Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $18.18 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support print, copy, scan, and document production requests using high-volume office equipment.- Manage mailroom, shipping, receiving, and package handling duties.
- Provide front desk, phone, hospitality, and conference room support.
- Assist with daily onsite office services in a professional corporate environment. - 1 to 2 years of office, mailroom, retail print, copy center, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Experience with environments such as office services, shipping centers, print production, or similar settings is helpful.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on your feet throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Ability to pass a standard corporate and legal background check. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience supporting a corporate office, legal office, professional services firm, or high-volume office services environment.
- Familiarity with digital print equipment, scanning systems, mailroom processes, or shipping and receiving procedures.
- Experience providing front desk, reception, hospitality, or client-facing support in a professional setting.
