GENERAL LABORERS needed at a Chardon company!

**2nd Shift**: 3:30 PM - Midnight
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday
**Pay**: $17-$18/hour

We are looking to fill roles in **Deburring/Stamping**, **Assembly**, and **Bending**. While the descriptions below highlight most of the duties, they are not all-inclusive, and additional tasks may be required.

**Deburring/Stamping Duties:**
Visually inspect parts
Use buffing wheels to remove burrs and clean parts
Stamp part numbers onto products
Clean and maintain work area
Perform other duties as assigned

**Assembly Duties:**
Assemble metal components as needed
Complete documented inspections of the assembly process
Clean and maintain work area
Perform other duties as assigned

**Bending Duties:**
Perform bending process on metal components
Complete documented inspections of the bending process
Clean and maintain work area
Perform other duties as assigned

### **General Requirements for All Positions:**
Work well independently with minimal supervision
Strong drive to achieve results
Good communication skills and collaboration with team members
Must be quality-oriented

### **Physical Requirements:**
Must be able to stand for the entire shift without extra breaks
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
