HiFyve is hiring a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry in Springfield, OH!
Salary: $22.00 – $36.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon–Thurs, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; occasional Fri/Sat overtime)
Location: Springfield, OH
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain and repair metal stamping presses.
- Follow all safety, lock-out/tag-out, and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance and production teams.
- Work safely in confined spaces and at heights up to 40 feet.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical training in maintenance, hydraulics, or electrical preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Metal stamping press maintenance experience required.
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Ability to lift 25–100 lbs and perform physical work safely.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Valid driver’s license; steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required.
