We’re looking for our next Account Manager to join our Personal Lines department. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional client service. How you'll make an impact

As an Account Manager on our Personal Lines team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day client support, maintaining accurate records, and addressing inquiries with care and professionalism.

You’ll also collaborate with insurance carriers to build strong relationships and ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions. From reviewing policies for accuracy to assisting with renewals and endorsements, your attention to detail will help us deliver seamless service. Additionally, you’ll stay ahead of industry trends and continue to grow your expertise through ongoing learning opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate client information and provide timely support.
  • Build strong relationships with insurance carriers to enhance collaboration.
  • Ensure policies are accurate and processed efficiently.
  • Support client retention by monitoring accounts and addressing any issues.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Property and Casualty License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
