Barista Team Lead
Calling all Baristas and Counter Staff that enjoy working with people in an elegant and fast-paced coffeehouse! Responsibilities Include:
- Leading all Team Members in serving customers and opening & closing
- Entering in customer’s orders and receiving payment.
- Preparing coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages.
- Serving desserts, pastries, and other fully prepared light fares.
- Free Drinks while working.
- Employee Discount on food/drink items all other time.
- Opportunity to earn tips.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
- Fast & Efficient work style.
- Passionate about quality coffee & tea. (Enjoys drinking coffee and tea a plus!)
- Foodservice experience preferred but not required.
