Hours: M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: North Canton, OH 44720
Pay is based on experience
Required Knowledge & Responsibilities
Experience in an Accounts Payable and Receivables role
Preparing and sending invoices
Purchasing
Communicating with customers about jobs and accounts
Collections
Answer Phones
Filing
Data Entry
Loan Management
Federal Taxes and monthly State Sales Taxes
Writing Checks and Balancing a Business Bank Account
General Ledger Knowledge
Payroll
Manage PTO and Requests Off
Experience in an office supporting management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn
Must know QuickBooks online and desktop version - If you don't know QuickBooks you will not be hired
