Administrative Assistant

Description

This position is an administrative role that supports the operations staff. Assistant will be able to create and manage spreadsheets, input and utilize various databases, run reports and create professional documents and other correspondence. Perform daily assigned tasks that may include any combination of billing, purchase orders, maintain job logs, complete closing packages, etc. Ensure billing is complete and accurate by verifying the services installed are reflective of the services on the account along with the appropriate one-time charges being added to the account. General clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phones, filing, data entry, scanning, making copies, etc).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ontario, OH.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
