Position Summary

• Entering records in the EHR
• Provide assistance with outcome data
• Report and communicate regularly with referral sources and providers
• Provide service documentation
• Participate in case staffing
• Provide motivational interviewing and support
• Engage in correspondence with Butler County Children's Services and other service providers
• Provide SUD and MH case management
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We Value in our next Family Peer Mentor

• High School Diploma or equivalent. CDCA preferred
• Applicant must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Applicant must be able to work both independently and with a team
• Experience with electronic health records is preferred
• Must be in long term recovery from substance use (drugs and / or alcohol)
• Must have lived experience with the child welfare system either as a parent or a child
• Must have a motor vehicle in good working condition and maintain a current driver's license and automobile insurance
