10-4 Logistics USA seeks full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in Toledo, OH, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. Compensation and benefits:

Training program (for eligible recent graduates):

• Fully paid three- to five-week training program for candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.

• Progress evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments prior to independent assignments.

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, state laws, and company policies.
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining on-time performance across assigned routes.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
