As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sam Custer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. - Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.

- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
