Temp Admin Assistant

Pay: $16-$18/-Hour
Location: Onsite
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet and assists clients with housing application process. This includes assisting applicants in a timely manner, with application completion, answering inquiries concerning process and application status, managing the waiting
- Processes applications for potential residents.
- Update waitlist changes, address changes, etc in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least three (2) years experience in direct customer service activities.
- Type at least 40 wpm after errors are deleted.
- Demonstrated proficient knowledge of PC-based software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
