Resident Assistant (RA)- Lead Night Shift

Summary As a Lead Resident Assistant at Niles Way Senior Living, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our communities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. In this position you will assist with orientation, training, and on going needs on our Night Shift. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Resident Assistant or a State Tested Nursing Assistant that did not renew their certification. This opportunity will require positive leadership and guidance, the ability to flex between different assignments, and the ability to not only oversee and complete and assignment but also train new employees when applicable. Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community. This position will assist residents with tasks of daily living including but not limited to assistance with personal care, social interaction, leisure and recreation opportunities. Starting pay for this position is $15 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week on Night Shift 11pm to 7:30am. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. This position does require working every other weekend and every other holiday, but does not include an on-call rotation.
