Job Description

As a Security Officer - Roving Patrol Driver in Ashville, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide strong customer service through clear communication and timely reporting. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license and compliance with AU Driver Policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal and site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating updates to site contacts and/or local emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, work areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries according to post orders.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, including observations from patrols, alarms, and/or client requests, and submit reports per site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
