Worship and Social Media Director
Position Summary
The Worship Leader / Social Media Manager helps lead our church in meaningful worship and communicates the message of our church through engaging digital content.
Responsibilities
Worship Leadership (Approximately 10 Hours Weekly)
- Plan weekly worship services in collaboration with the Lead Pastor.
- Schedule and communicate with band members and vocalists.
- Lead and facilitate worship during Sunday services.
- Organize and distribute chord charts, arrangements, and service plans.
- Lead rehearsals as needed to prepare the team for Sunday.
Social Media & Digital Communication (Approximately 5 Hours Weekly)
- Create and schedule social media posts for church platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Design graphics, photos, and short videos that promote church events, sermon series, and church life.
- Help communicate the mission, values, and vision of the church through engaging online content.
Qualifications
- A growing and active relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Alignment with the mission and values of Home Road Naz.
- Musical ability (vocals required; guitar or keyboard preferred).
- Experience leading worship in a church setting preferred.
- Familiarity with graphic design or video tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is helpful.
