Collision Center Technician

Cole Valley Collision is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle.
• Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle.
• Repair collision-damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications and company standards, including Alldata, I-CAR, and the CCC estimating system.
• Attend/collaborate with the team during production meetings.
• Work in harmony with the production schedule including meeting deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work.
• Above-average quality focus.
• High production capabilities.
• I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
