Job Overview
Provides administrative and coordination support for the LCME self-study, CQI initiatives, and student performance monitoring. Responsible for coordinating documentation, maintaining CQI dashboards, producing the CQI newsletter, and managing annual survey cycles. Works closely with the Program Manager and Director of Program Evaluation to ensure integrated and consistent reporting and oversight.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate accreditation and CQI activities and timelines.
- Organize and track accreditation documentation and evidence using Smartsheet.
- Manage CQI dashboards in collaboration with the Program Evaluation Director.
- Produce the CQI newsletter and manage annual surveys (ISA, GQ follow-up, etc.).
- Assist in developing policies and procedures tied to accreditation and CQI.
- Provide cross-coverage for the Program Manager as needed.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Required Experience
Three (3) years of relevant experience.
Additional Qualifications Considered
- Experience in higher education or accreditation.
- Familiarity with LCME and CQI methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, management, or related field.
- Project coordination and Smartsheet/dashboard proficiency.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
