Machine Operator: 1st Shift - $22/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team and contribute to our daily production throughput. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery, maintaining quality, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and smooth production processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to specifications.
• Maintain quality on all parts produced by the machine.
• Follow drawings and prints based on customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot any issues or defects on the machine.
• Operate laser cutting machines to maintain daily production throughput as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Multitask and operate multiple machines when needed.
• Keep machines and work area clean, organized, and free from obstructions to support a safe and efficient environment.

Work Environment

Our facility is extremely clean and temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable and safe working environment for all employees. We operate a 1st shift and are committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

This is a Permanent position based out of Parma, OH.

The pay range for this position is $44000.00 - $44000.00/yr.

They have a full access onsite gym that is available Monday - Saturday. There are bonus incentives when people go direct (anywhere from 2-3k) depending on how the company is doing throughout the year. Very high on culture and want people to work directly for the company.

This is a fully onsite position in Parma,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 13, 2026.
