Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man/ Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities remain functional, safe, and well-maintained.

Duties

• Must have hanging, taping, mudding, finishing and painting exp.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across various facilities, including carpentry work.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Handy Man / Carpentry or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with various carpenty tools, hand tools, power tools, and repair techniques.
• Basic understanding of carpentry skills and plumbing systems.
• Basic framing, drywall installation, finishing and painting skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
