Location:
290 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215 (Hybrid or Fully Remote)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Visual Studio, Pega, Access, SQL, and other technologies
• Support Customer Contact Center initiatives by enhancing system performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot technical issues and act as a liaison between business teams and IT
• Develop, code, unit test, debug, and implement RPA solutions
• Analyze business needs to determine system and application improvements
• Support testing efforts, including validation testing before and after system changes
• Assist with developing test plans and ensuring accuracy of system updates
• Balance responsibilities across development, testing, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in computer programming, management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience developing applications in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of CIS and/or DIS systems
• Experience with RPA development and/or VBA applications (preferred)
• Basic understanding of call center operations (preferred)
• Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with databases, SQL, and Microsoft 365 tools
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
