Requirements:

• Must be available to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum three (3) months experience as a Restaurant Team Member
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents

The successful Team Leader is able to:

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Solve problems quickly and professionally
• Take responsibility for positive engagement with guests and Team Members
• Be reliable and dependable
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and Team Members
• Ensure proper handling and preparation of ingredients and menu items
• Learn to forecast sales and manage inventory
• Ensure cash control, security, safety, and food quality standards
