You will conduct routine patrols, complete security-related checks, respond to alarms and/or guest concerns, and help to deter incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. You will represent a caring, people-first culture by delivering great customer service, working as a team, and acting with integrity in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, common areas, stock corridors, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, crowding, and/or potential loss concerns, and communicate observations per post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with onsite management and/or local public services as directed.
- Complete reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, and customer interactions, and promptly notify supervision of hazards, maintenance issues, and/or operational concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
