TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44124!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact-state license in hand Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - One reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required Description: This position offers a night shift of three 12-hour shifts. You will be responsible for patient care in a telemetry setting. Candidates must have recent permanent experience in medical/surgical telemetry. Both BLS and ACLS certifications are required and must be active with no pending issues. A background check will be conducted, and specific compliance with health and safety protocols is mandatory. Candidates will need to comply with required assessments during orientation to ensure competency. Verification of references is required for submission. You must be nicotine-free in accordance with facility requirements. Please be advised that extensions may be available based on client needs. Travelers may be required to complete additional modules for compliance. Candidates will be expected to adhere to strict facility policies regarding communication and identification verification.
