Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

• 6 months of acute care experience.

• BSN completion preferred

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: CAPD experience. Drips: Cardizem, Nitro, Heparin.

Required Credentials: Dysrhythmia Exam Required.

Preferred Credentials: Critical Care Course.

Unit and facility details: Nurses are expected to read/interpret telemetry every 4 hours in EPIC.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
