We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will be responsible for supervising daily demolition and removal jobs. They will be able to visualize the entire day and plan the most effective strategies to get the jobs done. This positions requires a clean driving record as they will be driving a big dump truck throughout the day. We do provide training but need a friendly, strong individual who works extremely well with team members and customers. Previous experience in demolition of outdoor structures and interior demolition is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Supervising crews and performing removal and demolition jobs

- Able to drive big dump truck

- Conducting quoting process and customer interaction

- Safe completion of demolition of sheds, decks, and hot tubs and large furniture removal

- Quick and efficient removal and hauling during cleanouts

- Become proficient with Jobber software

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role with crew leadership

- Strong knowledge of demolition process for sheds and decks

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

-Clean Driving record

-Strong and in good shape for phyically demanding work
