Administrative assistant
The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is seeking an exceptionally organized and self-directed administrative assistant who is dependable and flexible to join our team working out of our headquarters in Plain City, Ohio. The candidate must be capable of multi-tasking to assist with the company's ongoing administrative tasks. Candidate must have a minimum of two years successfully working experience in a corporate setting.
TTG is an award-winning full-service building rehabilitation/restoration company. We self-perform multiple trades, including all aspects of historic masonry restoration, roofing, architectural metals, carpentry, painting, and more! An employee-owned company. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform administrative support tasks for ongoing business and operations of the company
- Attend and participate in meetings, taking notes and assisting with administrative matters
- Conduct research as directed
- Complete reports and related administrative tasks as directed
- Field and make calls and coordinate administrative tasks
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum two years of experience as an administrative assistant or comparable past experience
- Ability to faithfully and fully conduct all described duties & responsibilities in representation of the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to undergo a background check & drug screen
- Strong Microsoft Office experience; Proficient in using personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, data bases and word processing documents; willingness to take assessment skill tests which may include, but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office365, Dropbox, FTP and more
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as required
- Construction familiarity is beneficial but not required
