The Production Flow Line Inspector is responsible for performing several complex fluid testing processes on the Spectrum Pump to ensure product integrity. Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Performing Flow Rate Accuracy simultaneously on multiple devices
- Performing Flow Rate Error
- Performing ITP 35700
- Recording results of the fluid testing without error to meet increasing and changing compliance standards.
- Programming the pump
- Identification of error codes and escalation management for repeated errors.
- Understand and apply testing to version of the medical device
- Maintaining equipment
- Communicating concerns immediately to Repair Cell Leader
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Successful completion of 4-6 week training.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Knowledge and working application of standard operating procedures
- Ability to transfer data without error
- Ability to work on their feet for extended hours
- Must have legible hand writing skills.
- Good time management skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee:
Ability to work on their feet for extended hours
Must be able to stand for most of the work day.
Must have good hand to eye coordination and dexterity
Physical Requirements: Dynamic Lifting capability: Must have the ability to lift and carry to 15 pounds. Must also have the capability to push and pull a maximum force of 5 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a manufacturing environment regulated by the FDA and many other work rules to prevent damage to the product we manufacture. Some of those work rules include but are not limited to:
Wearing a static protective smock at all times while in the work area
Wearing a ground wrist strap and plugging that wrist strap into the working table.
Working in close proximity to other employees.
Working in an environment that is temperature and humidity controlled.
