Automotive Processing Manager

As an Automotive Self Service Recycling Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily yard operations, including inventory management, vehicle processing, and sales team functions. Responsibilities
- Report directly to the General Manager and oversee site operations
- Oversee daily inventory procurement, operations, sales and vendor relationships
- Fill operational gaps as needed to ensure smooth workflow
- Train team members and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Identify and discuss potential process improvements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both employees and customers
- Collaborate with the production team to manage inventory levels
Qualifications
- Management experience required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to teach and follow standard processes
- Experience in automotive or related fields is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license required

Schedule: Full-time, 8am-5pm. The site is open 7 days a week (Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm). You will work 5 of those days, with overtime available.
