Key Responsibilities of the RN - Pediatrics PACU
- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the post-anesthetic phase
- Monitor vital signs and detect any post-operative complications
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on post-operative care
Requirements of the RN - Pediatrics PACU
- Current RN license in Ohio
- CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Experience in pediatric nursing or PACU preferred
