Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them where they need to go
• Assist customers in selecting the ideal Kia vehicle to match their needs
• Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
• Build strong relationships through customer service and follow-ups
• Collaborate with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Kia models, promotions, and financing options
• Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience of automotive, retail, or customer service experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer and math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
