Customer Service BDC Call Center Agents

Pre-Owned Auto Dealer Group with three locations is currently building its customer development center and is seeking guest relations representatives to become an integral part of our team! You will be provided with massive amount of opportunity to earn a great living in a great working environment. Work to help grow sales opportunities by providing extensive customer service to all clients. We will offer a top pay plan as this is one of the most important roles in our company!

Responsibilities:

• Work a follow-up system utilizing the CRM tool that houses new and existing client opportunities
• Schedule sales appointments over the phone, online chat, and email
• Contact customers based on current marketing campaigns
• Help generate leads that convert into sales
• Confirms all sales appointments
• Reschedules missed sales appointments
• Makes daily call and email quota

Qualifications: Automotive Experience Is Great & Preferred but Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is helpful. You will be provided with the training to succeed!

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
