Competitive hourly pay (overtime after 40 hours) with weekly checks.
We don’t use crazy formulas with even crazier conditions to nickel and dime a driver’s paycheck. Figuring your weekly pay is as easy as multiplying your hours by your rate (1.5 for overtime hours).
70% of health insurance premiums paid on a co-pay plan
If you see your provider or need a prescription; you pay the co-pay…that’s it. We don’t have some high deductible HSA plan where you are responsible for the first $10k. We offer real health insurance, not a supplemental plan disguised as actual health insurance.
All drivers are home every day (unless they want longer runs).
Most loads stay within the state of Ohio and all loads stay within the adjacent states. Our freight originates from the Springfield, OH area from the same customers we’ve worked with for years.
We’ve been in transportation for over 30 years and found out long ago that we don’t need to make empty promises and use funny math to run a company.
