Minutemen Staffing is now hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators for a local Manufacturing Facility.
Shift - Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm
Pay - $18 an hr. Pay is weekly!
Temp to Hire
Job Description:
- Sorting and racking raw and completed materials
- Sewing mattress border seams according to length and specifications.
- Operate various semi-automatic sewing machines.
- Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components.
- Monitor the process using meters, gauges, valves to adhere to production specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours
- Must be able to lift heavy product or raw materials
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Prior Machine Operating experience preferred
- Mechanically inclined
