What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate hiring: post jobs, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates
  • Guide new hires through onboarding and help departing employees with offboarding
  • Keep employee records accurate and up to date in HRIS
  • Responsible for payroll and benefits administration , including enrollment and responding to employee questions
  • Oversee and coordinate with our third-party fleet management company regarding company vehicles
  • Manage company risk programs , including vehicle, business, and workers’ compensation insurance programs
  • Help run HR projects, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Generate HR reports and assist with compliance tracking
  • Be a trusted point of contact for employees, offering guidance and escalating issues when needed

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Familiar with HR practices, labor laws, and HRIS systems
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • A strong communicator who can handle confidential information with care
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other HR tools
  • Able and willing to travel in frequently throughout Ohio
