For an Executive Assistant, a typical day might include the following:

• Providing administrative and business support to the President and Director of Special Projects, including maintaining calendars, travel arrangements, facilitation of meetings, thorough note taking, reports, agendas, projects and other duties as assigned
• Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
• Manage administrative oversight for business units, including policy implementation and operational support to drive business effectiveness.
• Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
