Payroll and Benefits Specialist

- Review and validate timekeeping data, pay rates, bonuses, reimbursements, and deductions prior to payroll submission
- Process payroll on a biweekly basis through Paylocity
- Assist with annual audits and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other voluntary benefits
- Manage staff engagement initiatives, budget, and committee oversight
- High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration and/or benefits administration
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and HRIS required
