JOB SUMMARY:

As an Asphalt Laborer , you will be an essential part of the crew, responsible for supporting asphalt operations in a safe, efficient, and productive manner . This position requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully perform the essential duties of this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform asphalt labor duties including luting, raking, and shoveling

Assist with unloading and placement of materials at job sites

Support paving operations including cleaning, crack filling, and patching

Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on tools, equipment, and trucks

Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment; report issues or malfunctions to mechanics

Work efficiently and safely to meet production and quality standards

Actively participate in jobsite safety meetings and company training

Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment as required
