Restaurant General Manager - Upscale Dining | Akron, OH - Up to $115K

You don’t just run restaurants, you lead them.

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager with 5+ years of upscale dining leadership . Steakhouse experience is a plus, but what matters most is excellence in service, strong standards, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.

This Restaurant General Manager role is for you if you:

• Have 5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale or fine dining
• Lead confidently without micromanaging
• Understand hospitality at a high level service, systems, and sales
• Balance operational excellence with people-first leadership
• Value stability, structure, and long-term growth

Compensation & Benefits

• $90K–$115K base salary + quarterly bonus

• 1 week at 6 months
• 2 weeks at 1 year
• 3 weeks at 2 years
• 4 weeks at 10 years

Restaurant General Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong, motivated team
• Oversee food quality, kitchen operations, and safety standards
• Manage inventory, food costs, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Proactively address guest feedback and service recovery
