Sales and Customer Service Manager
U Pull R Parts, a leading auto parts company, is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to lead our sales team as a full-time Sales Manager. The successful candidate will lead the U Pull R Parts sales team by providing training, guidance, and mentorship while focusing on excellent customer service and working toward meeting sales goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for working with our site manager and staff to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to meeting sales goals to drive the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets: Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and develop strategies to boost revenue
- Lead and Motivate Staff: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, evaluate, and motivate sales associates to foster a high-performing and positive environment
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, resolve complaints, and ensure service standards are maintained
- Manage Sales Operations: Successfully run sales promotions/events, track and maintain batteries, tires and other products are stocked and ready for sale; Maintain supply levels for concessions and supplies
- Administrative & Marketing Duties: Daily Facebook posting of inventory; Weekly participation in corporate sales meetings
Qualifications
- Previous experience: History of retail sales & management, demonstrating track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills: Effectively guide and motivate staff
- Excellent communication skills: Interact effectively with customers, employees, and management
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities: Able to resolve issues and make effective choices quickly
- Ability to analyze sales data: Able to make informed business decisions
- Customer service skills: Able to handle customer questions and complaints professionally
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies: Able to effectively promote products and drive sales
- Manage budgets and control expenses: Able to track revenue/expenses to ensure profitability
- Adaptability and flexibility: Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment without direct supervision
- Physical Capacity: Physical ability to move, reach, lift, and stand for extended periods
Compensation
The pay for this position ranges fromĀ $20.00 to $23.00 per hour , with additional bonuses available.
