Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the legal services industry to hire an experienced full time Full Stack Web Developer .

What YOU will do

• Build, optimize, and maintain web pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites to support lead generation and brand visibility

• Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and performance monitoring using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics

• Manage and improve marketing-related webforms to maximize conversions and ensure seamless data flow

• Develop full-stack solutions with frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, C#) including third-party integrations

• Maintain and update the company website to ensure security, responsiveness, and optimal performance

• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement digital assets and maintain brand consistency

• Integrate the website with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce)

• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues, and improve UX through experimentation and A/B testing

• Stay up to date with SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging web technologies

What YOU will bring us

• 2 5 years of experience as a Web Developer, preferably in a marketing or agency environment

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, etc.)

• Familiarity with Jotform and other form tools

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization

• Strong experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms

• Ability to work with APIs and third-party integrations

• Strong eye for design and UX with attention to detail

• Experience with A/B testing tools, landing page builders (Unbounce, Optimizely), Figma, Adobe XD

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying areas for optimization
