Maintenance Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, and enhancement services.
• Conduct regular site visits to client properties to assess quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain strong client relationships, aiming for a client retention rate of at least 90% year over year.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the Operations Manager, ensuring timely responses to calls and emails.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure timely and proper completion of work.
• Demonstrate respect, collaboration, and support for team members.
• Embody company core values.
• Be a key member of the leadership team as the company expands.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal.
• Ability to operate commercial landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of proper pruning techniques and common plant materials.
• Full range of mobility in upper and lower body; able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and insurability to drive company vehicles.
• Proficient in using smartphones and computers with relevant applications.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally and personally.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed, and on-call during winter months.

Compensation

$60,000 - $75,000 annually
